Elliot reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Continued use of the Service after any changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account. You agree to use the Service at your own risk. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You understand that Elliot uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service.
You must be 13 years or older to use this Service. Accounts registered by robots or other automated methods are not permitted. You must provide your a valid email address in order to complete the signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password and dashboards URLs. Elliot cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account). You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. An email to cancel your account is considered cancellation. All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.
Newsletter and Email Policy
You can opt out from our newsletter so we will not send you regular information and tips about Elliot. However, Elliot reserves the right to inform you of any major update or other important information regarding your account as well as send courtesy follow-up emails regarding your trial version as long as your account is active. If you do not wish to receive those emails, please don’t sign up or delete your account.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
A valid credit card is required for paying accounts. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your paying plan at any time. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. To change/cancel your service, log into your account and edit/cancel your actual plan or simply email us at email@example.com at the end of the month. The changes to your account will come into effect immediately.
Elliot reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
Elliot supports the current and previous major releases of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari. Each time a new version is released, we begin supporting that version and stop supporting the third most recent version. We are committed to providing our clients with continuously more advanced dashboard features and better user experiences. This is why we support the latest browser versions so that you can make the most out of Elliot. Please contact our support team via our in-app Customer Service for any questions you may have.

Controlling law and jurisdiction
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You and we hereby agree, for any claim or lawsuit resulting from any reason whatsoever in relation with these Terms, the Software or the Website, to attorn to the judicial State of California, United States, as the appropriate location for the hearing of said claim or lawsuit and excluding any other judicial State of California or elsewhere which might have jurisdiction with respect to any such matter.
